1. Who the app is for
0xb8 Integrations ("the app") is operated by 0xb8 networks ("0xb8", "we", "us"). It's for organizations that have a services agreement with 0xb8 ("you"). It isn't offered to the public.
2. Your agreement with 0xb8 governs
The app is part of the services 0xb8 provides under your services agreement. If these terms conflict with that agreement, the agreement wins.
3. Authorization
By connecting the app to a QuickBooks Online company, you confirm two things:
- you're authorized to connect that company;
- you authorize 0xb8 to read and write the data in it that the integrations we run for you need.
We act only on your instructions under the services agreement.
4. Disconnecting
You can disconnect the app at any time, in QuickBooks (gear icon → Apps → My apps) or by asking us. Disconnecting stops our access immediately. Records the app already created stay in your QuickBooks company.
5. Your data
Your QuickBooks data remains yours. Our privacy policy describes what we access, store and delete.
6. Intuit
QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc. The app uses Intuit's published APIs, and Intuit's own terms continue to govern your QuickBooks account. 0xb8 Integrations isn't made or endorsed by Intuit.
7. Warranties and liability
Warranties, limits of liability and indemnities are as set out in your services agreement with 0xb8. Beyond that agreement, the app is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page and tell active clients about any material change.
